Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location with easy access to everywhere. Check in was smooth and quick. We had to break our stay in half in order to visit other parts of Taiwan. They were able to store our luggage for free.

Go as a hostel, not hotel. Don’t fall for pics

Claustrophobic rooms. I don’t have a problem with a small room but if you are going to sell windows, give windows with light and space. This was like staying in a windowless basement room. Only one room per floor has proper window with expansive view/light and they aren’t willing to give you that room even if available. The property is shiny in the public spaces but room is old and in need of major TLC. Toilet smells like damp mould. Shower was shooting daggers. Rude service. Except for the house keeping staff - the front desk service is… abysmal at best.
