We had misssing items after room cleaned. Once we complained to the front desk in the next morning and that item was returned by th maid. Also after we returned home and found more items were missing. Will never return to this hotel where maid has sticky fingers.

First class stay.

We had a corner room and it was very spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The water pressure for the shower was very powerful and plenty of hot water. Nearby was a small grocery store. Not too many sit down eating options nearby the hotel.

The hotel is about 10 min walk to nearest MRT and it's not close to any of the touristy or business areas. It is close to main Taipei station and you can find everything you want around it. The hotel itself is excellent. Room, start, breakfast etc are all top quality.

Hotel is convenient, ten minutes from MRT and 7 minutes walk to night market. My room was big with both bathtub and shower stall. Would have appreciated a rack to put luggage. Nice hotel with great lobby area and free coffee/tea rooms offered throughout day

Our family, all from the US, enjoyed our stay here. Staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were well appointed and clean, bottled water was provided each day, and laundry service was available for purchase. We had 4 rooms for our group, and each was a different size/shape. Breakfast was available and convenient, but most of us preferred finding local vendors. There is a large lobby with a lot of seating for coffee or to regroup. Every staff member we encountered was helpful. Most of our group are English speakers, and hotel staff was very accommodating. We noticed that many people in Taipei say they speak "very little" English, but seem to speak quite well. We did hope to get transport from the airport to the hotel, but didn't realize we needed to make those arrangements 48 hrs in advance, which was not possible after delayed messaging back and forth with a 14 hour time difference to the US. If you want to book transport, be sure to plan well in advance. Walking to the train was an easy 10 minute walk, and getting picked up by an Uber in front of the hotel was easy as well. There are several dining options in walking distance, as well as convenience stores and a grocer next door.

Staff was very helpful. We had 2 different rooms on our stay. They both were nice and had good space. but could use a going through for small things like bulb out or outlets not working. Overall a good stay. The breakfast had a lot of choice but definitely skewed towards Eastern tastes.

Lovely large clean room. Absolutely wonderful staff. Breakfast is simple but tasty with some very "interesting" options. Complimentary coffee and tea in the foyer area is a nice touch. 10 minute or so walk to airport MRT but a bit longer walk to Taipei Main Station.
