The room was clean, the location was convenient, there was a play area for the kids, the tea and coffee station was great, etc. The reason I gave it a four was because at night and sometimes in the morning, we would hear a down pour of water. We thought it was raining and hitting the windows but it was pretty consistent during our stay. Good thing we had our super loud sound machine to block some of the noise out! I really liked the lobby where we ate in for take out! That was super convenient to have since we got sick and ordered take out for a few meals. We just wished there were shorter tables and chairs so that it was safer for our kids to eat at.

It is surprised to find out the hotel located only on one floor of an old old commercial building. Feel relatively safe, just weird! Very friendly and helpful staff. Free juice and coffee are nice. Room is good size and nicely remodel. Bathroom is considered spacious, shower is great, but they do have drainage power, guess it is an old building. Overall it is fine for 1 night stay, just across Taipei station

Great location.

The room was spacious and very clean. Complimentary water and snacks were provided, with free coffee and additional snacks available in the lobby. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and massage shops. The nearest MRT exit is Z6, but if you’re carrying heavy luggage, Exit Z4 may be a better choice since it avoids the stairs.

Once you find Click Hotel, it’s a very nice hotel. It’s kinda hard to see the entrance cuz the hotel is in a shared building & the hotel is on the 5th floor. w/ a view of Taipei main station, a centrally convenient location w/ easy access to all kinds of transportation. The lobby (on the 5th for) has a very welcoming vibe & they offer some free snacks & drinks. The staff were very friendly & helpful. They helped me arrange my transfer ride to the airport . The room was fairly spacious & clean . I would stay here again.

It's simple,family friendly environment, clean, safe, accessible to local shops. Would like to say thank you to the gentelman staff who welcome us on our arrival to the hotel last 22nd of May at 9:00 and he was the one on duty when we left the click Hotel taipei main branch around 7pm. He was great as well as all the staff working in your hotel Thank you for making our "mother and son holiday" in Taipei a great experience.

This hotel is fine. It's not great. I was there for 5 days and and the dryer was only operational for 1. The wifi was terrible. If you need to do work in your room you were lucky to get 10 minutes of connectivity. The lobby internet was better. The location is the best thing about it. Very close to the main train station.

Rooms rather small with lack of storage space. Unable to dispose of toilet paper into WC is unacceptable. Lounge area at the lobby was a plus with free croissant breakfast and cup noodles for supper. The reception staff were average with exception of Eric!! He responded to my queries before my arrival promptly and managed to help us book dinner at a famous taiwanese cuisine restaurant.

Location was very good! Just a few mins walk from Taipei Main station which is linked to all the main transports (HSR, Airport train & buses). Downstairs is the underground malls, plenty of food options around, walkable to XMD as well! Only slight imperfection is the location of one powerpoint that's in the way of the pillow (if u use that powerpoint, u will keep hitting your head with it). My teenagers loved that they can redeemed free cup noodles from 9pm-12mn! Loved it!
