We are very grateful to the staff at Finders Hotel during our 2 week stay in Nov 2025. They were all very helpful and friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The choices were wonderful and we especially enjoyed the herbal soup which was so comforting. We also loved the salad bar with the fresh fruits, snow pea shoots, walnuts and almonds on offer. It was so nice to munch on the large variety of snacks and noodle bowls. It was especially nice that the laundry facilities were readily available and affordable. It allowed us to last a good 4 to 5 days while awaiting our lost luggage to arrive at the hotel. That was a real life saver! The hot and cold beverages and microwave oven in the common area made it so easy for us to warm up meals at the hotel. There were many tables and comfy sofas to use and it truly felt like a Home away from Home. The location can't be beat. We were able to walk to many parks, museums, temples, night markets easily. We were also walking distance to the Taipei Main station which made it very convenient to travel to and from the airport. Other transit stops were the NTU Hospital, the Ximen station and a bus stop that easily took us to Jiufen. The only glitch we had was coming back to our room one night with a temperature set at 18'C. A staff member quickly fixed that problem for us by offering us a portable heater to keep the room warm and comfortable for the night. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

The common dining/gathering area was the highlight of our stay. We brought food that we bought for breakfast or from the various night markets and shared them while playing games/watching movies. There was also an abundance of free flow drinks, coffee and snacks! The only complaint we had was that the bed wasn't as soft as we had anticipated.

Had a lovely stay at Finders hotel. Location is excellent with easy access to Taipei main station, Ximen MRT and NTU MRT lines. Free snacks and cup noodles are a treat especially after a long day of travel. I had a room without window and it can get a bit stuffy after a few nights. But overall a comfortable stay.

Breakfast need to be purchased. Guest Room is very small, yo got less than 20 inches clearances around the bed. Common Corridor is narrow too, someplace even less than 24" wide. Coffee & hot water are not 24 hrs available to all guests as they advertised because it is located inside the restaurant. Cleaning service for current guest is not their priority. Their priority is to clean the check-out guest rooms first so they can rent them out. For the current guests, they will clean it the last usually is in the late afternoon like 3~4:30pm per cleaning staffs & front desk. Lack of Elevators. Two hotels and a stock exchange company in a 13 stories bldg with only 1 guest elevator and 1 service elevator available. The replacement of all the elevators expect to be finished for another 3~6 months. Restaurant staffs are not friendly, Front desk staffs are lack of skill and ability to handle/resolve any situation/problems. Manager is not available at all. Lots of homeless people near the hotel, not recommended to go out alone at night.

We had a family trip and stayed this hotel twice. They can accommodate 5 people but the room might be little packed. It depends on the type of room/floor so newer room style come with more space. The privacy glass on the restroom and shower room are translucent so the light will come through. We highly recommend to put a lock on the shower and restroom doors.

Great spot and affordable! It was very central to a lot of places and transportation... short walk to Ximendeng or the bus/train terminal. Also in the middle of lot of shopping and food places. Hotel was clean and relatively spacious for being in Taiwan!
