The room is clean and good size for family room. We got space to open our luggages. BF good, lots of options, but the menu will be the same, change every 2nd day. So if you stay more than 2 days, you'll see the same menu. But it taste good though 😊

Good hotel. Nice view. The room matched the description. Very close to the subway stations. Awesome on-the-property restaurant with a discount for lunch if you missed the breakfast. Fiendly staff.

It turned out to become a nightmare on 11/12/25. After we finished our dinner and headed back to the hotel around 9:30 p.m., a female staff member at the front desk told us that a hand towel was damaged. We were charged NT$200. I requested proof of the damage to the hand towel. A staff member opened a wrapped package showing a towel with some grey spots and told us it was permanently damaged. I asked him how he could prove the damage. Then he told us the charge was reduced to NT$150, as if he were doing us a favor. Since we had stayed outdoors all day and felt tired, I tried to avoid further argument over this ridiculous claim and paid NT$150. I also requested a detailed receipt. He handed me a printout showing “Damage charge, NT$150.” I told him it was not sufficient to clearly describe the damage to the hand towel. To my surprise, he told me either to wash it out myself or pay the charge, speaking to me with a dirty look. I was angry. It was not just the towel incident. The staff member suddenly asked me whether I had accidentally taken a clothes hanger in my luggage. I had enough patience to continue speaking with him, and I requested to speak with his manager. Unfortunately, he told me he was the manager, Ricky, and that he was in charge of the front office that night. What could I do? I faced unreasonable and unfair treatment in this incident. Based on my experience as a victim, I will never reserve this hotel or any hotel in their chain.

I had a great stay

I had stayed in this hotel numerous times and have seen improvements like coffee bean machines and self check in kiosk. Don't forget to maintain the fittings like taps in the bath tub, basin and shower. Still my go-to hotel as I am a smoker and a coffee lover and it's near to my business places. Small hotel to walk to smoking area and many places I can get my fix. The metro station entrance is just next to the hotel. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was quite good, but I did notice that the restaurant staff, while wearing gloves, did not change them between clearing dishes, wiping tables with detergent, and then setting out clean dishes and fresh food. The hotel is conveniently located—just a few minutes’ walk from the MRT, and right across the street from a 7-Eleven, a breakfast shop, and a supermarket. Overall, the cleanliness and room space were average.
