Clean and spacious rooms. Hotel is located next to various night markets. The laundry room and machines onsite in the basement of the building is a nice amenity. The only downside, is the gym; it is incredibly small, basically just a treadmill and some machines, do not expect to get a full body workout.

A good hotel with reasonable facilities. The pool is great however there is not enough seating around the pool. The onsen/spa/sauna is excellent. After travelling for over 13hrs I arrived at the hotel at 1pm very hot and tired, I understood that check in would be at 3pm. I asked if I could sit by the pool but this wasn’t allowed. I was simply told to come back at 3pm. No suggestions of what I could do or where I could go was mentioned, only when I asked for a map and asked some questions was I informed of where to go to eat. The awareness of staff was lacking - for a hotel that says it’s 5* then some awareness or suggestions for a guest who has just arrived would be expected.

The staff are polite and friendly. The room is spacious and in a great condition! Soft drinks and snacks were provided every day during my stay. The location of the hotel is great too, close to the MRT and walking distance to some supermarkets.

First, yes, it is a little bit of a walk to the metro, but it was not that bad. Also, the immediate area around the hotel doesn’t have a lot to offer. With that said, it was my favorite of 5 hotels stayed in from a 3 week trip. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The gym was good for a hotel gym. Very good, though small. And the spa was great. I used it twice a day. Note that it’s Japanese onsen so nudity is required. I would for sure stay there again if I find myself in Taipei again.

Nice centrally located hotel with spacious room and bedding. We got the king size bed with a twin as it was my husband, our 10 yo, and myself, but we could of gotten by with just the king size bed alone. The breakfast buffet, suana, pool, and bathhouses were a great bonus. Highly recommend!
