Priority in garage parking should be done for hotel residents. We have to water in public line more then 30 minutes just to get into garage where we had a dedicated parking space.

This hotel is conveniently located within multiple convenient stores nearby and just a short 10 minutes walk from the nearest MRT station. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The best is their breakfast buffet, the freshly baked croissants and their smoked salmon are my go-to everyday for the week I was there, I can never get tired of their breakfast!

Excellent service. House cleaning comes twice a day. Concierge got us a dinner reservation at Silk house in the hotel that was notoriously hard to book. Location is excellent. Had a wonderful two week stay. Will book again

Overall the hotel is very clean and quiet. Spacious room and nice bathroom. Staffs are friendly. There are many great restaurants and bar within the facility. Swim pool is a bit small and changing room could use some improvement. Other than that, this is one of my favorite hotels in Taipei.

It is luxury 5 star hotel that located in the quieter corner of this busy city. It is surrounded by many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Especially for people who love to shop or try local food. We love the hotel offer many food choices- hundreds of selections of great breakfast buffet items and the food are delicious. It also offers Saua, Rooftop. swimming pool, lounge… We love quite and clean environment, the variety of food, 10 - 13 walking distance to public transportation and/or attractions. Of course, the staff made us feel very pleasant. We definitely choose this hotel again when come back to Taipei and strongly recommend to people for indulgent vacation.
