This hotel is very conveniently located near the Taipei Main Station and the airport express train station. It is also a new hotel with spacious rooms and good amenities. There are also complimentary snacks at the hotel lobby and a happy hour in the afternoon. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is very suitable for family with young children. There’s are lots of children theme decorations and spaces for children to roam and explore. Lots of snacks like biscuits and potato chips and etc etc. coffee & tea and hot water & mineral water is readily available for guests. Roaders Hotel Plus Taipei Station and Roaders Plus Hotel Theme are located in the same building but I believe on different floors. The Taipei Main Station is a stone throw away and walkable even with luggage.

Decent, clean, unbeatable location

A no-frills value hotel with an unbeatable location. Easy access to and from the Airport MRT, centrally-located near Ximending, and easy to get to all the major destinations in and out of the city as Taipei Main Station is right there. The rooms are small but has everything you need (including a washlet!) However, two things dragged the experience down for me. First, after doing a load of laundry using the hotel’s communal machines, a few items came out with weird splotchy grease stains that I couldn’t get out after repeated washes. There were signs that say “do laundry at your own risk” but it was still extremely frustrating. Second, after agreeing to a late check out for free in exchange for signing up for the hotel’s membership, a different front desk person called on the day of check out reneging on the agreement and asked for additional fees. After I informed them I wouldn’t be paying extra for something that was previously agreed to, they dropped it. Still, weird they didn’t keep any notes.

The snacks bar idea is awesome. It’s quiet and safe with very friendly and helpful staff. Room is modern and clean with a lot of USB charging stations. Flexibility with luggage storage before and after check in is a big plus. Thanks for making my first vacation in Taipei memorable and I’ll definitely be back for my future trips to Taipei.

Comfortable stay

Great 5 nights stay. Great location close to transport and restaurants. Very dim lights along the corridors outside the rooms. No wardrobe just a few hangers. No daily cleaning unless you fill in a form to request for it.

Highly recommended for the kid/family friendly amenities! Our son had so much fun at the playground each day and we were able to do laundry and watch our kid at the same time. The hotel is so close to Taipei Main Station with an entrance (Z8) to the underground mall right outside. It was also super easy to call a car right on the main street. The rooms were very clean with a somewhat eclectic layout of the sink/vanity in the foyer detached from the bathroom. The hotel staff were helpful with early check-in and turns out they provide an ordering service for Sunny Hills. If we had found out sooner we would have definitely used it to save the trek. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay here. Convenient location and very quiet room. Only downside is lack of place to hang clothes in the room. There was no closet or luggage rack. Room service is only provided upon request which didn’t bother me. If you need towels or anything, service was very prompt.

The hotel is near Taipei Main Station which is convenient when we need to head off to the airport as it took us less than an hour to reach Taoyuan Airport. While the hotel do not provide breakfast, they do offer a food truck that sells sandwiches etc or guests can easily buy breakfast from one of the many shops near the hotel. The kids particularly enjoyed the indoor playground and free flow of snacks placed at the carousel.

We really enjoyed the lobby. The seating in the lobby are small tables with moveable chairs, but the tables still fit our 4 people breakfast and all the baby mess. High chairs are available as well. Our room also had access to a balcony and it was nice to be able to check the temperature from our room or to lounge outside. The door to the balcony blocked quite a lot of sound, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is right next to a fire station, but the sounds from them didn't disturb our rest (including our toddler's). Around the hotel is the main station, a lot of buses, a lot of convenience stores and malls/shopping areas. Within 20min walking is Ximending and Ningxia night markets (separate directions though), so it was really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered a ride to the hotel on our last day and the staff helping us gave us the information of our driver, made sure to find us when he arrived and even helped us wheel all our luggage down...and we had a lot. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay at Roader's Plus Theme and have recommended this hotel to others considering their trip to Taiwan.

This place is conveniently located at trailer main station and can go to many places right away. The hotel is very neat and the staff were very friendly. The room was nicer and neat. They have free snacks and free food during happy hour the lobby is very cute and family friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
