Upon entering the villa, the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows immediately highlight the impressive sea view.

The open-plan living area, which includes the lounge, kitchen, and dining area, serves as the central hub of the home and leads directly to a large terrace. The property comprises two buildings with a roofed terrace in between, ensuring privacy between the guesthouse—which houses a sauna—and the main villa.
In addition, the entire property also has a built in Sonos sound system!

Adjacent to the guesthouse, a glass conservatory offers a tranquil setting for dining and relaxing while enjoying the evening sun which sets directly above the sea.

There is a Minut sensor installed in the living room that measures the noise decibels not to exceed 85dB and ensures there aren't any loud parties during quiet hours. It's important to note that it does not record conversations, ensuring your privacy is maintained.
