The building is an old Hida Takayama house that is over 100 years old and it also has a magnificent storehouse attached so it is well worth seeing
It is close to the tourist attractions Nakabashi Bridge and the old townscape and Hie Shrine is within walking distance and the Jinya morning market is also within walking distance
If you make a reservation at the attached cafe Rabbithills you can have breakfast lunch and even a Hida beef lava stonegrilled set although it is unmanned There is also parking in front of the inn so there is no inconvenience
