The home, decks, and dock were beautiful! Easy to access, and the welcome packet from the owners was perfect! We enjoyed the dock and water, and we were comfortable inside on a rainy afternoon. There were several games to play to make inside time fun and enjoyable. Never once did we wish there was something that wasn't available.

Peaceful Get Away on the lake

Nice vacation spot on the lake! This place was conveniently stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Very clean hot tub with beautiful views. We greatly enjoyed our stay. If you have a toddler you may have to block off the stairs but other than that everything was great!!

I enjoyed my stay at this hidden gem on the lake. It was tastefully decorated and well stocked - you lacked for nothing to make it a great time on the lake. I especially loved all the wildlife and sunsets sitting on the elevated deck overlooking the water!

Charming Lake Cottage

The home is so charming and we felt blessed to stay. We enjoyed sunsets from the hot tub after spending our days on the dock. The home is well equipped for cooking. There is a fire pit overlooking the lake as well. A wonderful stay for us!

Perfect Lake Side House

We enjoyed the multi-level deck overlooking the quiet and scenic area lake and surrounding area. House is newly remodeled and was perfect for us. Fully stocked with supplies if needed. Probably the most well stocked we've ever seen, and we rent a lot of houses. Also a bowl of snacks was available too. Huge plus was the new hot tub. Highly recommended!

Fabulous stay on the river

We loved everything from the multiple outdoor spaces. Seeing many turtles, frogs, birds made for great sightseeing. Gorgeous sunset views from the upper deck was my favorite way to end each day. Enjoyed the new Hot tub with coffee in the mornings on the lower deck overlooking the water. Plenty of towels and robes available! The inside was nicely remodeled and very comfortable. Everything we needed, this rental had it. And more! We cooked each day in the well stocked kitchen. We relaxed after long days at the race track and will definitely rent again if we come back to Talladega.

Amazing Stay thanks to Hosts

The property itself is beautiful, wonderful dock and outside area with amazing amenities inside. The entire weekend I was receiving compliments on book the property and that I will be in charge of family rentals from now on. On top of a wonderful property our hosts were amazing, putting on a show of hospitality I've never received before. There was one suggestion that a safety handle be put in the shower for older guests. Everything is five stars plus.

My wife and I celebrated our 15 year anniversary. And just wanted a quiet getaway. And this was it the lake house was beautiful and very clean. They had everything you would need available there. Very peaceful we would definitely visit again next time we may let the kids tag along.

Beautiful little house on the water

Cute property with lots of outdoor space right on the lake. Well appointed and CLEAN. Plenty of thoughtful little touches and a great open layout for the main room. 8 year old son loved fishing off the dock and husband loved the fire pit and kayak. The boxer loved to lounge from the top balcony and observe the goings on below. Would rent again if we come back to the area.

Great lake house

We loved our stay at this property - the location being right on the lake is fantastic. This is definitely a place to go if you're looking to get away (i.e. there isn't much else to do in the area) and that worked for us. There is a lot of great hiking within an hour. The accommodations were great - inside and out. Highly recommend!

Great place to get away

Very well decorated lake home with some nice finishing touches. Great view of the lake, and all the amenities you would need to have a great time including fishing gear, kayaks and a boat for rent. Hosts have the place stocked with good appliances, cookwear, flatware and utensils, toiletries, and even plenty of bug spray to keep mosquitos at bay. Thanks for letting us enjoy your little piece of lake life!

Cozy Lake house

We had a great experience at the property. Great price, great location, great customer service, great everything. The house was in good shape, clean, and as of 2023 was recently renovated. This is a half-way point for my family, and we will definitely stay here again.
