This house is located walking distance to FSU Doak Campbell Stadium. It is perfect for a football game weekend or graduation stay. Also a very nice back yard area with screened rear porch. Tailgating welcome, but no out of control parties.

Loved the location of the property

The only thing I did not like was the sink was small, the ac was locked, there was not a mirror to look it besides the bathroom and there was not any televisions in any of the rooms.

GO FSU!

My husband and his friend went to the FSU/Wake Forest Game and stayed at this property. It was very clean and nice. His only complaint was that it did not have a television for them to watch other football games during their guys weekend. They were very close to sports bars and restaurants though and was able to go there to watch. However, they would have preferred to relax in the house instead. Overall it was clean and very nice, exactly as advertised!

Good location… house needs TLC

Bedrooms are comfortable and served our need for parents weekend; however, and specially, the kitchen needs to be better cleaned. A tv in the living room would also make it better. The communication with management and the property owner were excellent! Instructions for check in were clear.
