It was listed as a 4 bedroom but was a 3 bedroom with a book room and air mattressesif needed. The property need major upgrades. The check in process was easy and host was always available. I was under impressed with the overall property.

Unsafe Neighborhood - Inaccurate Listing

This home located in high crime area of Tallahassee-Griffin Heights. Listing states sleeps 13, great location. All lies. Front door rusted, needs paint, kitchen cabinets missing handles/hinges chipped paint, dirty, old pots, electrical wires taped to ceiling, dirty ACVents, garbage in front of property, 1 bedroom had no bed. We walked in and out and had to look for hotel rooms. Owner stated he hadn’t been to home in 1 year and a half. This is a scam and this home should not be listed as a vacation home! Scam!
