Access for people with reduced mobility. Secure swimming pool at the rear of the building. The swimming pool is little used and offers a sumptuous view of the Alps and Lake Annecy.

Access to the apartment is via the rear of the building. You should go down one level by the elevator or the staircase. The apartment also has private access from the garden. This access is close to the parking space allocated to the apartment.
