House was so spacious, and the fully stocked kitchen was great! I received a text and contact information on my arrival for any questions, and responses were timely, a very accommodating company! Being able to use a washer/dryer and dishwasher were added bonuses. AC's in the bedrooms/main room would cool the house quickly when we returned from the beach (turned off when we were gone). There is a grocery store literally at the bottom of the street perfect for eggs, sandwich makings, snacks, fresh produce and of course cerveza! The outside area is also great for enjoying in the morning or when we returned from the beach. The flowers, plants, and trees are beautiful and well-manicured. We would cool off in the pool and relax in the sitting area with a glass of wine...great speaker system may I add! You are able to walk to the beach, about 17 minutes (we did it often in the am when kids were sleeping). But it is a busy street so we rented a 6 person golfcart so getting to the beach with cooler and bags was easy! I would recommend golf carts from Send me South or Pacific Coast Golfcart, both great companies, reliable carts and GREAT customer service including delivery! Also used Chef Sharon (Life is Sweet) for an amazing dinner in the home. Also recommend Rural, a restaurant about a 4 min walk. It was a great vacation, we plan to return and highly recommend!

We stayed at this property for 6 days (2 couples), we absolutely loved the property. The entire house was spotless, the front and back yard was manicurely clean. Love the layout of the entire house/property. The owner thought of everything you could possibly need and use during your stay and provided everything, he/she went above and beyond. The property is secured with an alarm system, the community is nice and quiet, at walking distance to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and the beach. It's about 7 minutes from downtown tamarindo and main beaches. We definitely will rent this property again and highly recommend it. By the way the beds were super comfortable too. We have no complaints, we LOVED our stay here. 5 starts all the way.
