The property offers access to the Hacienda Pinilla private beach club and Avellanas Beach on one side as well as to Langosta Beach on the other. A short 15-minute drive takes you to downtown Tamarindo.

The home is very spacious at almost 6,000 sqft and has a large yard, pool, and outdoor entertaining area. Surf, golf, fish, go to the spa, and enjoy!
