This property was very close to the Gallery Walk, and other local attractions. The location is certainly a great feature. The condition of the house is not poor, however it is not excellent either. There is one couch (plus 2 armchairs), and the couch was torn and uncomfortable. The fence is in a state of disrepair. Bit of noise from the street, but not terrible. Overall the property was clean and neat, just a few things letting it down.

Good location

Nice little cottage but bathroom definitely needs renovating. We only stayed one night which is a great option given many want a two night minimum. As our stay was brief I couldn't comment on how well equipped the kitchen is, others have mentioned comfortable beds but I didn't find them particularly comfortable.

Too expensive for the service

Check in at 2 pm, received the code at 3.15 pm despite requesting it, bathroom plumbing (cold water tap is very noisy!) bathroom sealant needs to be replaced. Closeness to the road makes it hard to sleep in the morning. Very clean place though and cute arrangement, but not worth the price paid.

Great overnight getaway with friends

The cottage was beautifully presented and spacious- a perfect location for an overnight getaway with friends. The cottage had everything we needed and the beds were so comfy. Thank you, will definitely stay there again!
