The bedsheets was not washed. I had to get the sheets from the closet and sleep on the couch. I told the office about it and they said they would report it, but I didn’t even get a discount or anything not even half of my money back. I was very disappointed that no one even cared to make it right.

The stay was aweful. There were people having a party in the next room till 4 am. I called down to service to let them know, waited 20 minutes without a resolution. I was forced to knock and deal with drunk people because staff did not. The walls are thin, you can hear even steps from abject,worse stay ever

This is a great place to stay within walking distance of Raymond James stadium. You can walk to Chipotle and Starbucks without crossing the street. The employees and Management are very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t up early enough for Breakfast so I can’t say how it was but it smelled great.
