Expedia ruined our booking from another hotel so we had to transfer to Best Western Tampa at 1 am in the morning. Sheila from the front desk was absolutely phenomenal, she did everything to accommodate us, went out of her way to gave us food coz she learned that we haven’t had our supper yet and we travelled all the way from Canada and was tired already. She was compassionate, very helpful and kind! Thank you so much Sheila for all the help!!!!

Seems a bit run down a bit for a Best Western. Usually awesome. Heater in room didn’t actually heat. No where to park car without blocking a lane when checking in. Bathroom clean but really tight. Feels a bit more morel 6 than other Best Westerns.
