The Space:

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms each hold a queen bed and its own full bathroom, giving every guest personal space and convenience. The layout balances openness with privacy, so families or groups can share common areas while still retreating to a quiet room at night. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided for a comfortable stay.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen offers all the basics you need to prepare simple meals, from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. A breakfast nook and a separate dining area give you options for casual or sit‑down meals, and the open flow to the living room makes it easy to keep the conversation going while you cook.
Living space
The generous living area connects naturally to the dining space and kitchen, creating a central hub for meals, games, or movie nights. A small patio just off the living room provides outdoor seating for two, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening breeze.
Outdoor & shared amenities
Guests enjoy access to a community pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and shared grilling areas. A BBQ grill is available in the shared outdoor space, and the community’s shared amenities are open throughout your stay, offering plenty of ways to stay active or relax outdoors.

A washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, and free unassigned parking make everyday life simple. Self check‑in with a smart lock ensures a smooth arrival, and the unit is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.

Located in Lutz, Florida, the home offers easy driving access to USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks. The surrounding residential neighborhood provides a calm feel while keeping dining, recreation, and major roads within reach, making it an ideal base for exploring the Tampa area or simply enjoying time together indoors.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.
You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
