Experience ultimate relaxation in this perfectly located private home away from home. Relax on your screen enclosed oversized lanai overlooking your wooded lot backdrop and let the day's cares slip away! This second floor condo with vaulted ceilings is ready for you to move in, pristine condition and complete with all furnishings!
Foyer entrance with hall closet takes you into the living/dining combination showcased with beautiful natural light from the clearview windows along the vaulted ceilings to the sliding glass doors on either end of the living space. The open floor design of the living area is met with a breakfast bar into the kitchen with sliders out to the screen enclosed lanai in the front of the condo where the washer & dryer are located in the utility closet.

This condo offers a split bedroom plan. The primary suite gives you two closets, king size bed, sliders out to your private lanai and updated (in 2022) primary bathroom with gorgeous walk in shower with built in seat, large linen closet and updated vanity. The guest bedroom also has sliders out to the front screen enclosed lanai, along with wall closet, queen size bed, and dedicated work space w/printer. The guest bath has another linen closet, updated vanity and walk in shower.

This was our 2nd stay at Eric's property. He is a great host and is very responsive to any questions or concerns. The condo is clean and well stocked. The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants. The heated pool area is a very nice and well kept. The gated community is safe and easily accessible. I would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend the rental.

PERFECT GOLF & BEACH VACATION

Had great communication with Host Eric to get settled in. Condo was very clean, well stocked and beds were comfortable. Location was quiet and conveniently close to restaurants. Many golf courses were within 10 miles or less. Beach was 7 miles straight drive down Curlew Rd to High & Dry restaurant & Tiki Bar where you can grab dinner and drinks & watch the sunset over the Gulf from the Causeway. Look forward to going back had a great time.
