Staff was friendly. Room was clean, the only problem I came across was that the Tv wouldn’t work and the button to control the AC was broken so I couldn’t control the temperature. Otherwise everything else was good. Forgot to mention that I did called front desk about the issue with the TV and they did come out and fix it pretty quickly!!

Staff was fantastic, holding bags both before we checked in and after we checked out since there were hours of empty time, with a smile. Room was clean and very spacious. 15 minute ride to the airport. Would absolutely stay again.

HVAC system was terrible! As loud as a jet plane, I did not sleep !! Also bed was hard as a board! No hot water in shower, as well as water did not drain from tub, standing water! Restaurant was terrible! It took us and hour and a half to get our food. Not enough staff! I did not get my Hilton honors points. Very disappointed in this hotel. I expect more from a Hilton hotel.

The suite itself had a smell to it we had to buy some air fresheners. some of the lights went out our second day there. Only one trash can in the bathroom none in the rest of the suite. Overall the stay wasn't terrible but was average for a doubletree hotel.
