This is called an RV park - yes - there are RVs there, which seem to be permanent guests, but there is a huge section that is cabins for (I assume) short term guests - it was fantastic! We were looking for a place with a kitchenette to make our own quick meals and that was central to Amalie Arena and Busch Gardens - this fit the bill. The cabin and grounds were spotless. The in cabin amenities were excellent. The pool was very nice and is located close to the cabins. This is in a somewhat wooded area so there were bugs (my husband got bitten, but I did not) so there were lots of birds, squirrels, lizards and frogs around - we loved it! There is a grocery store close enough to walk to and some fast food options close by. We also heard that the casino is close by. It was a quick Uber or drive to Busch Gardens and a slightly farther ride to Amalie Arena. It is very well lit, every cabin has its own grill thingy, suitable for a little fire or barbeque and a picnic table. There is also a common fire pit close to the pool area (with wood available) We absolutely LOVED it here and would definitely go back and recommend!

We had a very nice day at the cabins fortunately for us it seemed as if we got brand new cabins so the pine smell was welcoming. The only thing that we noticed, of course was that they are still developing some new cabin spaces and so there was a lot of construction and a Watermain did break on our arrival and we were out of water for a couple hours.

Stayed almost a week with my daughter while she was competing in a cheer competition. Loved it! Easy to get to, the amenities were awesome! I brought my own towels and stuff because I wasn’t totally sure. But they provide a bunch for you! The neighbors were awesome, it was hard keeping my daughter out of the pool. Lol 10/10 will come back again. Only complaint was the ants. It’s a cabin so it’s really not a big deal but boy we got a bunch of different kinds of ants of all sizes. Still coming back. I’m sad I left lol

Bad experience

Was beautiful cabin and clean however upon arrival found bugs and made management aware. It happens, and They were prompt in communication at 1st, we were advised would move us to another cabin and text me info. Hours went by and no word. I had to track them down and once returned correspondence were advised not moving because booked. So our stuff was left in buggy cabin all day chances got into stuff and bring home with us. They did refund us promptly (but couldn't access because waiting on hotel.com) but should've paid to move us to hotel. Instead we were left scrambling to find place to stay. They did check around but didn't take into account price, just availability. So out twice amount until refunded in 7-10 days. Didn't provide with any other compensation for inconvenience. Very disappointed. Should've went beyond this to take care of us.
