There is only air conditioning in the bedroom with a wall unit and an industrial fan on the floor in the living room. A window in the bathroom but no screen or curtains. Might get kind of hot in the deep summer, so if you are sensitive be mindful of this. Otherwise a really quaint and adorable little place! Super private and quiet. There is a unit across the way but the walls don’t touch so that’s cool. Bed is comfy. Wish there was a tv in the bedroom!

We had a nice stay but there are some things that definitely need fixing in this apartment. Only two burners on the stove worked. The toaster is broken and the shower took 10 minutes to heat up every time.

It was a great stay despite a busy street. It was very quiet after dark. The apartment was as stated and very comfortable. As far as the value, we saved an awful lot of money staying here versus looking for a hotel room that we’re going for 300to 400 per night. Great communication, easy check-in and easy check out would definitely stay again if the need arises.
