Communication with Mario and his wife was excellent from booking to checkout. They provided clear instructions and were super responsive. The property was exactly as described and sparkling clean. They were beyond expectations that even got us some outdoor heatings. I recommend this place 1000% and for sure we will come back. Thanks Mario and his wife for making us feel like our home.

This property was absolutely gorgeous, clean, spacious and exactly what was needed for me and my family. Beautiful outside screened in porch with basically a second kitchen. Fun pool deck with an amazing heated pool. I was extremely impressed and couldn’t have been happier with my stay. The owner was available with any questions and communicated with me perfectly. Definitely 5 stars

The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything one could possibly need. The outdoor space was like a little oasis right in the heart of Tampa! Our host, Mario, went above and beyond. After I mentioned I was in town for my daughter’s baby shower, he surprised us with thoughtful snacks and even a special gift for the occasion — such a kind and personal touch.Mario was responsive, attentive, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. This home is a definite must! I’ll absolutely stay here again when my new grandbaby arrives.Thank you, Mario!
