Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom, giving every guest privacy and comfort. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided, so you can pack light and settle in quickly.
Living space
The spacious living room accommodates everyone for movie nights or relaxed conversation. Large windows let in natural light, and the adjacent patio offers a calm spot to enjoy fresh air without leaving the unit.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen includes all the basics for everyday cooking, complemented by a breakfast nook and a separate dining area where meals can be shared together. The layout keeps everything within easy reach, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or an easy dinner.
Laundry & work‑friendly features
An in‑unit washer and dryer make longer stays practical, while a dedicated workspace and reliable Wi‑Fi let you handle remote work or plan your next outing without hassle.
Outdoor & community amenities
Guests have access to a shared pool, gym, clubhouse, grill area, walking and biking trails, and a basketball court. These amenities are part of the community, offering a range of light activities without stepping outside the property.

The unit sits in Lutz, a short drive from the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and Lettuce Lake Park. It serves as a convenient base for exploring local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat at day’s end.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
