The place was extremely clean!!!!!! The area of town was a little sketchy. The room itself is very small so we had a hard time walking around the bed to the bathroom. There's barely any water pressure. It's a super cute place but I would say only big enough for 1 small person. Definitely not big enough for two.

The space was perfect for one night for a concert at the Raymond James stadium. A few things we noticed were the trash can was really tiny, our trash for one night was way more than could fit in the tiny can. I also noticed there was no racks/ storage hanging area of any kind. The owner could consider installing a coat rack for purses and keys etc to help make use of the small space. The tv was really slow when we used it to play music. Overall nothing to complain about just a suggestion.

I came in for a concert at Raymond James stadium. This property was perfect for my stay. I was able to walk to the stadium and got back before other people were able to get their car out of the parking lot. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from and walk to. The room itself was clean and had a fresh smell.

The room was exactly as described. Small. The coffee machine wasn’t good. The fridge had no ice. Closet had no hangers. You should make sure that there is sugar and creamer available. I got what I paid for. It was all that I needed. Thank you

We stayed here for the May 16th AC/DC concert at Raymond James Stadium. The room is very small but was super clean and close to the venue. The landlord was so nice! He actually dropped us off close to the stadium so we did not have to Uber. He was also very understanding about a misunderstanding with the booking (I thought we were booked an extra night) and was a little late checking out.) i would 100% stay here again for another concert.

Three night stay for Rays games at Steinbrenner field.

Tiny VRBO, as advertised. Within walking distance of waffle house and dollar general. Short drive to Raymond James stadium and George Steinbrenner field. Short walk to laundromat. Only issue with the property was the challenge of exiting, as the property fence blocks view of oncoming traffic.

As Advertised!

Tiny place (1 room bathroom & closet), but very clean and had everything it needed. Need a clean place to crash before/after theme parks with a big bed and a full refrigerator? They've got you covered. Need floor space or wheelchair access? Look elsewhere. Note that the entrance is the side door shown in the exterior photo, not the front door. (Very nice gentleman there, though!) Nice variety of places to eat in the immediate area. Oh, and the water temperature in the shower responds nice and quickly when you adjust the temperature, and can do both very hot and very cold easily. The *only* criticism I have is a tiny one (appropriately enough): the shower curtain isn't quite long enough to cover the entire shower. This wasn't really a problem, though.

Communication with the host impossible. Parking at house is dangerous can’t see to leave driveway to enter 4 lane road. Bed was very high the springs squeak with every move you make. Water takes forever to get hot. Shower head needs replacing it’s more of a mist No pressure. Best thing was it’s close to Raymond James.

Small, quiet space

The room was very clean and organized upon arrival, exactly how the pictures displayed. It’s on a busy road, but we Ubered everywhere so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. They do have dogs on the property, but very rarely did we hear them. The check in/check out process was VERY simple, but I could suggest a little bit more communication from host regarding these processes. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend for short stays with 1-2 people.
