The location of this hotel is great. Theres a few things to do around there and easy to get around. A few things were great and a few things were less than great. To start I had called ahead of time to figure out the shuttle situation, they told me not to worry and that they'd send someone for us as soon as we landed within 10-15 min. When we landed I called 7 times and no one answered at the hotel forcing us to have to get on an uber and go to the hotel. We were they ahead of checkin time but they were very accommodating and let us check in early which we were so grateful for. The room was decent but can tell it wasnt deep cleaned. By the time we went down for breakfast things were running out and the ladies who run the kitchen were very rude about them not brining out more food. This happened hrs before the ending time of their scheduled breakfast hours. The front desk staff is amazing, however the ladies who manage the food could use additional training on how to speak to customers who simply wanted to know if there was additional food coming. This happened on both days that I stayed with the hotel. Getting a shuttle to go to the airport was easy. Just wish it had been easy when we arrived. Overall the hotel was decent, however if I was in the area again, i'd book a room elsewhere.

The room temperature was 64 degrees when we checked in. We set it to a warmer temp and left for dinner. When we returned a few hours later it was up to 67. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone up but they never did.
