Welcome to this "Beautiful corner lot house" in the NorthDale area. Very spacious for family gatherings with a cozy porch, a pool, and metal fence all around the property. All the rooms in the house are loads of natural light coming from the huge sliding glass doors, and windows.

Garage is used as storage. Free parking on driveway

Host very inattentive, didn't send the entry code, messaged him, no response had to contact VRBO directly too complain, finally received code. Property unmaintained, chipped tiled floors dirty walls. Light stitches in bedrooms didn't work .no smoke detectors .co2 detector covered with plastic, exposed wires on ceiling to fan.kitchen not stocked very well. Offered a 1 day credit when I made him aware of these problems, but never follow through. Attempts too follow up have been ignored. Stay away , not safe with building code violations. I took videos upon entrance.

Everything was good but when ac cuts on all the lights in the house get real dim and when your using a blow dryer the same thing happens I’m retired electrician so I would suggest you need to get a electrician to check out this problem other than that everything was fine

Great home for a family trip. The kids loved the foosball table, pool and billard table. We liked how our bedroom had privacy and sliders to thw pool. Communication with Mark was good, he checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this Tampa home. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We walked the blocks around the house morning and felt very safe. The house is spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the pool and patio area and spent most of our time there when we were at the house.

Family vacation

Our family has vacationed with VRBO properties for 11 years. This is the first house misrepresented by pictures, description, and reviews. It is basically an abandoned house with just enough furniture to squat in it for a few days. Cameras surround the property but the one aimed at the pool from the inside of the screened porch did not give a reasonable expectation of privacy for me and my 11 year old daughter in our swimsuits and is unsettling. Additionally, the AC is on a motion sensor and does not run when you are out of the house. When a family of 4 plays at Busch Gardens or the beach all day, coming home to a house that was 81 degrees inside was a huge issue. Pool had to be skimmed every day due to chipping paint from screen structure and a lot of insects that somehow get into screened porch. Yard unkempt, inside needs a good cleaning and/or painting.

If I could give it 10 stars I would!! If not more!!! There were 8 of us and we all said the same thing... WE HIT THE JACKPOT WITH THIS PLACE!!!!! I had a question and Mark gets back to me within minutes. Plenty of parking, we had 4 cars. CLEAN, SPACIOUS, WORTH EVERY CENT!!!! Close to everything we were going to. This home is incredible! We loved everything about it, the pool is amazing and the outside patio is great for morning coffee. The family had lots of spaces to gather and just be together. Only drawback is there is nothing between the back patio and the pool. We just watched our little ones really close and kept life jackets within reach so if they wanted to be out there they were protected. The “Master” bedroom was amazing!! Meme got to bunk with the grand babies and spend some super quality time with them. The owner was amazing with questions and even raised the temperature in the pool for me. Super responsive and communicative.
