Pricey Hotel

This hotel, sure looks nice in the outside and the inside but is pricey bed uncomfortable if you are traveling from the United States, don't expect the same service as the equivalent price, I was expecting better because leaving in Mexico is cheaper than US but this isn't the case. Also I'd found out that they charge me 30% higher than the locals so they're discriminating.

One of the better if not the best hotels in the area. Secured parking so don't have to worry about your vehicle, very good wifi and decent beds and magnetic entry keyed room. However there are short comings, no frig nor microwave in double bed room. No exhaust fan in the restroom and the indoor pool did not smell like a pool should. The restaurant service was slow due to the being understaffed. I would stay here again but do not care much for the price. But for the 20-30 dll diverence

La Huasteca Visit Jun-13-2015

No, very happy about this hotel. I think it is over price for the type of hotel and service they gave us. I travel with a group of 18 people and in the restaurant they did not have enough food and personal. First day they did not have eggs (only 4) second day when we arrived to have breakfast, tables were dirty and there was only one cook and one waitress to take care of 18 people. They were so slow to serve and did not have a cashier to take care of our checks.

Hotel and rooms condition is good, but Wifi doesn't work, there were no bath amenities nor bath mat and second day there was not even soap, we had to ask for every thing, the staff was kind and helpful, but stay was not confortable, if they only care for those little detailas, hotel could be good

Bien a secas

Creo que algo alto el precio por lo que ofrecen. Foco fundido y me lo cambiaron pero esos detalles creo la del aseo debe reportarlos, desayuno muy poco, no llenas, aunque rico el sazón, personal muy amable, camas cómodas pero ruidosas, internet bueno.
