Dino, the hotel manager or hotel employee went above and beyond on customer care and service. Awesome hotel to stay. Took care of my two nieces. Will refer hotel to friends and relative. More power to oyu. Merry Christmas.

Rain Shower head was separated and made more like a water fall. The layout of the bathroom/Shower was such that water ran all over the floor in the bathroom. There was a indirect light in the ceiling that could not be turned off - way to bright in the night

The lobby was nice, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. I especially liked that there was a shop on the first floor. I stayed in a suite for three nights, but the towels kept changing in type and amount, so they were inconsistent. The amenities also never matched the number of people. When I asked, they brought more right away, but that’s why I couldn’t give it five stars. Overall, it was a good hotel.
