BRIEF!

We arrived at this property and found out that the initial part of checking in entailed standing in line in the rain to get a parking pass issued. After 30 minutes we made it to the unit only to be met by a bathroom with a leak and what appeared to be black mold. The host was going to have it looked at after we checked out a couple days later. When I pushed back, she offered to send a painter. We decided to leave so we checked out the same day and got a refund. Beware of this property.
