Property is under renovation. Rooms are dirty. Bathrooms are dirty. Great pictures online. Saving grace was a balcony so that you can at least be distracted by the conditions of the rooms.

We enjoyed our stay & especially the views and wildlife. The arcade is super fun for kids. Definitely ask for a room that has a balcony so you can see the gorgeous views.

The lobby was beautiful and updated .. and that’s where it ended. Our room was at the end of a long hallway and was a dog friendly room. The hallway was very dark and creepy. The carpet was old and the room doors were dirty. It smelled like wet dog as soon as we opened the door to the room. Sliding glass door had bar across so no one could break in. The sliding glass door was very hard to move to get it open. Green moss was covering the small terrace. The hallway door just outside our room and door to the outside were always unlocked so anyone could walk into the building. The roof was missing shingles. And the outside end of the building where we took our dog to potty had lovely rat traps up against the side of the building. Not nearly as nice as the pictures on the website. It felt very dirty. Potholes in parking lot. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

It was an ok hotel over all, clean, quiet, convenient for a nights stay. Pool was nice and warm (indoors) but outdated, our room key wouldn’t work, we went 3x to front desk. Late check out option was nice (additional fee). Overall we would still come back just because with kids it was decent stay. Nice outdoor area to walk around.

This place has great potential.

This place has a great location and has very high potential for a great place for vacation here are my pros and cons: Pros: 1) Great location 2) clean rooms and hallways Cons: 1) Needs friendlier staff (the staff are unpleasant to deal with, lack empathy and professionalism) 2) The place needs a massive overhaul and updating of facilities such as: the AC unit in the rooms, modernization of hallways and rooms, modernization of the gym and arcade 3) Does not come with Free breakfast, you actually have to pay for breakfast and the bill automatically comes with 18% gratuity even if it is a buffet and you are not satisfied with the service.

This resort has great potential, but missess completely on room cleanliness and up keep. This place needs a massive renovation. I wiill not return until it's done. Very disappointing.

Animals come to the back of the property. Under our room. So we could feed them. In door and outdoor pool are both gorgeous and huge.
