Reservation was mixed up at check-in. Management made it good, which was nice. Room is clean and well decorated. Everything seems functional Hotel is showing it’s age and breakfast area is VERY small.

Room: not clean. I went downstairs to ask for cleaner and a rag to clean the room hours after checkin. Floor had stains, so did the tables and bathroom floor. There is a hole in my ceiling and the smoke detector is missing. Big holes in the walls have been patched and painted over with different colored paint. Bathroom has been updated, but dont ask me about the (not so) mystery stains or the hair (not scalp) in places. It absolutely has not been cleaned. Room has fridge and microwave. Coffee pot and items have been used/open/dirty. Bed showed no signs of bugs, but mattress is dirty. Sheets are thin but three pillows to a bed is nice. Ac/heater worked fine in my room. Older hotel so walls are thinner and floors are worn. Usually I'll do a light test, but I did not do that. I know it has/will fail - I have to clean my own floor and bathroom haha. Service: check in was ok. $35 early check in fee. Location: on the edge of town. But close to a Walmart and Albertsons. Breakfast: just cereal and waffles. *no elevators *no hot breakfast *dirty rooms *broken furniture *upgraded bathroom *fridge and microwave in unit Not the worst place I've been too, but in the top 5. Here on a business trip and booked three nights during a large local event so room price is inflated. 2/5 stars overall.

The room was run down and the tv was horrible. The music was so loud and the voices were so low you couldnt watch TV. You could hear them walking the floor above you. Staff was mot very friendly.
