The newly built modern apartment, carefully furnished NOEMI 2 suitable for families with children, located in Tar a small town far from the renowned tourist centers Poreč 10 km and Novigrad 5 km. The apartment is part of a residence with 9 apartments located in three nearby structures that together form the residence.
The air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of the tertiary structure. The tertiary structure facing the pool consists of three apartments on the first floor named Noemi (1,2 and 3).
The air-conditioned accommodation is composed of; a comfortable room with double bed (160x200), linen provided (weekly change), bathroom with shower cabin, bidet, hairdryer, toilet, washbasin with mirror and locker, two bath towels per person provided (weekly change), the living area has a sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, dining table with 4 seats, equipped kitchenette; with 4 electric ceramic glass hob, napa aspiartoria, refrigerator with freezer area (3 l), toaster, microwave, coffee machine, mocca, kettle, pots, dishes and cutlery, from the living area the exit to the balcony equipped with garden table and four chairs overlooks the pool area and has a beautiful view of the bell tower of the nearby church.
Guests have at their disposal for shared use the swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches. For the joy of children and adults alike the offer of the games room with billiard table, table tennis, flat screen TV, refrigerator, sofas and armchairs, air conditioning .. The property is fenced, free public parking is located near the residence (50m).
In the structure on request available a space shared with his washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The grocery store, the church, restaurant, bar, park, parking, pharmacy within 100 -250 m.
The tourist train station which takes you to the beaches (sand, gravel and rocks) of the Lanterna tourist village (3 km from the house) is 50 m from the property (the price of a ride per person 10 hrk cca € 1.40 ). Close to the motodrome, tennis courts and horse riding center.

Guests will receive a valid passport from the owner for entry to the Lanterna tourist village.

* We kindly ask our guests not to make excessive noise from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00 in the morning
* We kindly ask our guests to use the appliances with care
* Smoking is allowed only on the terrace in the interior smoking is not allowed
* It is possible to organize personalized transfers.

* One day before departure, we kindly ask you to announce the scheduled time of departure, to arrange the handing over of the keys. The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10 am on the last day of stay.
* We kindly ask our guests to leave empty garbage bins and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils.
* Damages possibly caused please declare to the owner that after a careful evaluation of the damage cost will be charged on the spot.
