Welcome to our family holiday home in Vabriga. This is a sensitively restored 2 bedroom traditional Istrian stone farmhouse with private 8m x 4m pool, landscaped and secure garden, patio, stone barbecue and roof terrace with sea view. The property is in the centre of a popular village within easy walking distance of shops, supermarkets and numerous restaurants. The nearest sea is 2km from the house, with easy access to many other beaches for swimming and sunbathing. The small town of Tar with more shops and restaurants is a short walk away, and the lively town of Porec with its bustling restaurants, shops and nightlife is a short 15 minute drive away. The house is categorised as 3* by the local authority.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Unique experience in a traditional Croatian house

We enjoyed our stay in this traditional Croatian stone house. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed relaxing for a few days after traveling around Croatia for a couple weeks. The kids loved having their own private pool. The location is good for hitting the tourist spots around Istria (Rovinj, Pula, Groznjan). The Barradine cave is very close and we enjoyed doing a tour - quite an impressive cave! It was a neat experience to stay in a traditional old house and get the feel of living a traditional life. I would stay there again and would like to do more exploring of the area since we were only there for a few days.

Another brilliant holiday in Vabriga.

Returning for the fifth time to this lovely converted farmhouse in Vabriga. In the well-kept garden there is plenty of shade, if needed, and indoor it's cool. The pool is glorious on a hot day, very welcome for an early morning swim and so attractive lit up in the evenings.. If you are looking for peaceful and relaxing holiday this is the place to be. but if you are looking for a more active time there are many attractive places to visit not far away.. Bikes are available for hire, for the more energetic, in the next village of Tar and a selection of beaches are just a shortr bike or car- ride away. There are very friendly and pleasant restaurants within walking distance of the house and a good choice. just a short car ride away is Al Porto, en route to Novigrad, overlooking a beautiful bay with lovely sunsests. . It is our favourite at the moment.. A bit more expensive than the local ones but good. Wise to book if you want a table near the water's edge. If possible a sixth visit next year would be something great to look forward to. .

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer super und nett. Für ganz kleine Kinder ist die Treppe nach oben nicht geeignet da sie zu steil ist. Ansonsten aber klare Weiterempfehlung!

Es war alles bestens, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht, der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Bei Fragen oder Problemen hatten wir immer einen Ansprechpartner.Direkt daneben ist eine Gaststätte, es kann Abends auch mal lauter werden, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Kellner sind sehr freundlich und haben uns sogar mit einem Eisbeutel ausgeholfen als sich unsere Tochter verletzt hatte.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super Unterkunft

Eigenes Haus, Schöner pool, ungestört, ALLES da was man braucht (Waschmaschine ist sehr sinnvoll in Kroatien mit Kindern), Gaststätte direkt daneben (man wird am pool bedient wenn man will), schöner kleiner ruhiger ort, 3min mit Auto zum nächsten Strand, 10min zur nächsten größeren stadt.Einziger Mini Abzug: Sauberkeit! Augenscheinlich zwar sauber und rustikales, dunkles, kühles Steinbauernhaus hat seinen Charme. Aber bei genauerem Hinsehen entdeckt man viel Staub und spinnweben. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber ist verbesserungswürdig. Dafür sieht man am boden nicht jeden krümel, wegen den rustikalen Natursteinen... Insgesamt tolle Unterkunft und gerne wieder!Danke auch an Peter, für die tolle Kommunikation!

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. In der Regel ist es doch so, daß die Darstellung im Internet etwas geschönt ist. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir sofort positiv überrascht und absolut begeistert. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts haben wir den Pool und den vorhandenen natürlichen Schatten sehr genossen. Die Nähe zum Meer und zu örtlichen Oliven- und Weinbauern taten ein Weiteres dazu. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Tolles Haus mit sehr schönem Pool

Wir haben das urige Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und tollem Pool sehr genossen. Die umliegenden Strände sowie Poreč/Novigrad sind mit dem Rad/Auto gut erreichbar. Das Restaurant nebenan ist zu sehr zu empfehlen; die beiden Kellner waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Würde wieder buchen!

Das Haus ist toll, auch der Pool ist super! Check in war unkompliziert. Einzig die Sauberkeit des Geschirrspülers und des Wasserkochers kann ich bemängeln. Den Fußballtisch aus der Beschreibung haben wir leider auch vermisst. Aber wie gesagt, dass Haus ist ein tolles istrisches Steinhaus mit einem super Pool. Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt. Auch mit unserem Hund war der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt, da das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist. Ich würde wieder buchen!

Steinhaus mit Flair und genialem Pool und Aussenbereich

Die gute Nachricht zu erst... Das Objekt ist, vor allem drinnen, viel besser als es die Fotos vermuten lassen. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat Flair und viele, schöne Details. Der Aussenbereich spricht für sich... genial! Die Poolpflege kommt zweimal die Woche. Um die Wasserqualität braucht man sich nicht zu sorgen. Wir hatten leider keinen Zutritt zum separaten "Kuhstall" aufgrund unser geringen Personenanzahl. Haben wir auch nicht benötigt. Gute Kommunikation und vor Ort eine Verwalterin. Nicht so perfekt ist der direkt am Haus gelegene, öffentliche Parkplatz mit Fussballfeld. Das, und das tägliche Flutlicht des Fussballfeldes nach 21:30 Uhr, stören die Romantik im Garten doch erheblich. Des Weiteren wird die Zufahrt ganz gern mal von Gästen des direkt angrenzenden Restaurants "a Modo Mio" blockiert. Dann wird in dieser Gemeinde jeden! Tag kurz nach 06:00 Uhr morgens die Kirchenglocke geläutet, was uns das ausschlafen sehr erschwert hat. Kurz gesagt, sehr schönes Anwesen, wenn man sich dem Umfeld bewusst ist.

Lovely Croatian house!! Nice swimmingpool only no cushions so beds are little bit hard. When we need help there was always good contact and there was help right away! When you like coffee, there is unfortunately no coffeemaker. Lovely house at a perfect location nearby a lot of beautiful places. Restaurants and bars nearby. We had a wonderful time! Erwartung übertroffen!

Wir waren zu sechst hier und leider nur übers Wochenende (viel zu kurz). Das Objekt war außen wie innen sehr sauber und der Pool und Außenbereich ist top gepflegt und wirklich schön. Das Grundstück liegt mitten im Ort, aber von außen ist es gut abgeschottet, man hat Privatsphäre. Im Haus sind vorallem die guten Klimaanlagen zu erwähnen. Ansonsten völlig ausreichend und alles intakt. Neben der Hofeinfahrt ist ein Restaurant. Wir haben uns Drinks an den Pool servieren lassen ;)

Es ist eine sehr schöne, kleine Unterkunft. Ideal für vier/fünf . Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden. Freundlicher Vermieter. Außenpool ist super! Tiefkühler, Kühlschrank, Ofen, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschiene vorhanden. Lauter schöne Städte und Strände schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Tolles Reiseziel für einen Urlaub.
