Nice clean apartment a bit far from town

Nice clean apartment. Very new. It has a community pool, nice. There is a parking garage underneath. It is a bit far from the centre. The lighting in the apartment is really really white, not so good. As a tip, please provide fans, as it can get really hot when the wind stops blowing.
