Set on a sunny and private section, in a quiet residential street with great outdoor entertaining. A home away from home, a place to relax and chill and enjoy time with those that matter the most. The house is super family friendly, private and plenty of space for everyone. The lake is an easy stroll down the hill and the Town Centre only a short distance away. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Bring the boat, kayak, bikes, fishing rod and a good book. Set across 2 levels, this wonderful property has just been renovated to the highest standard with you as guests in mind.
Whether you prefer to fire up the BBQ or relax on the deck while taking in the views, you will love this home.
This is the perfect meeting point to gather with friends and family and make memories.
Just a 2 minute walk to the local dairy and fish & chips or take the car and you will be in town in less than 6 minutes.

The whole home is yours to access and enjoy.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

This is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood.

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.

Great house for families

Great house, we had two families staying there. Good view of the lake, good sun, and especially liked the downstairs living area for kids to go down to whilst adults were in the living spaces upstairs. Would recommend and would stay again.

The house was beautiful and clean and the views were amazing, the fireplace really topped it off to give it a real warm and cozy feeling. Kerry was awesome as we requested an early check in and he made it happen along with everything else. Also the beds were super comfy.
