There’s ample space for all your lake toys and bikes. or to just enjoy a good book. This is your perfect holiday destination.

The Space:
This spacious open-plan home boasts three generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for a year-round holiday getaway.

The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite with a shower, vanity, and toilet for your convenience. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bunk bed and an additional single bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed. These rooms share a large family bathroom with a shower, bathtub, vanity, and toilet.

The open-plan living area makes it easy to prepare meals while staying connected with family and friends. You can also step out into the expansive, fully fenced backyard for delightful alfresco dining.

Additionally, the garage accommodates one car or a small boat/jet ski.

Other Things to Note:
Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
