The proximity to the Genoa airport is perfect! We were able to walk to the Hotel after arriving. The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast was amazing!

Room was just ok. Walk to airport is convenient. Very short Restaurant/ Bar hours. Adequate if you have an early flight. Otherwise, stay somewhere else and take a Taxi to the airport if you want your last night in Genoa to be memorable.

This place has not had an update since the 70s. Bed disgusting and in AWFUL condition. Furniture trashed. TV only in Italian, upgrades needed EVERYWHERE. looks nice on the outside, inside is a horror show and should have NO MORE THAN A 2 STAR RATING. Staff not welcoming. Would NEVER stay there again!!! Shame on Expedia for rating this any higher than POOR. Whoever owns this should be EMBARRASSED.

It’s very convenient to the airport, but not much else. The floorboards in our room were coming up, there was no coffee or tea, facilities and amenities were sparse, and the light switches were hard to figure out. The elevators were hard to get into around breakfast time, and the breakfast was barely adequate.

Great guy at check in, was polite and nice, location is ideal for an early morning flight. The rest is typical Genoa, filth. I managed a new/old windcheater left from the last guest, housekeeping didn’t see in plane sight. Booked for 2 so was allocated 2 pillows on a king bed, 2 towels, 2 squeeze soaps, and 2 plastic cups. Felt very much like Covid accomodation

Property is in rough condition. Limited menu at restaurant due to an incident in the kitchen. We walked to get takeout and brought it back to the room. Good for early morning flights because you can literally walk to the airport. Staff is very friendly.

If I had a car I would have preferred to have slept in it vs staying here. The location to airport is a 10. Everything else is absolutely awful. Should have been remodeled 20 years ago. Front desk staff very unfriendly which just matches the feel of this place. They accidentally kept my id that I provided at check-in. Luckily I realized it and went to the front desk to get it. Instead of bringing it to my room or calling me they just stuck it in a drawer with no intention of trying to get it back to me. I would gladly pay to take a taxi from a hotel further from the airport to avoid ever having to stay here again.

Restaurant quality was marginal, food not as ordered and then told they didn't have the ingredients after it was served. Waiter brought us water ( we didn't ask for it) and then charged for it. Building is in disrepair. Base moldings had been taken off at some point and never replaced. AC didn't work well and window handle was missing so window was open, letting in hot air. We had to change rooms and that handle was missing too - apparently you have to ask for the window handle (weird). The only good thing is it is a 5 min walk to the airport so good for early flights.
