Located in the marina of Mancaversa, close to the sea (250 m.) And the sandy beaches of Gallipoli (Lido Pizzo with its natural park, the Punta Swine, Picador, Green Bay, Zen, Samsara, Lido San Giovanni, Porto Selvaggio).
The apartment, located on the first floor, has an air-conditioned bedroom, large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, TV, bathroom with shower, washing machine, outdoor shower, two large verandas to stay / outdoor dining , barbecue, fenced outdoor area, parking inside the property.
There are two units substantially equivalent and adjacent called A1 and B1 (see photo).
The beach nearby, within easy walking distance is a sandy beach nestled in the rocks with clear blue sea and a fine sand.

Piacevole soggiorno

La proprietà è situata in un punto strategico, a piedi è possibile raggiungere tutti i servizi fondamentali e la spiaggia è a pochi passi. Nonostante l'edificio sia un agglomerato di appartamenti (a volte un po' rumorosi) si riesce ad avere la propria privacy. Nota di merito al signor Virgilio che è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Bellissime vacanze

Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per 3 settimane di vacanza nel mese di Agosto. Tutto era esattamente come ci era stato presentato, anzi meglio. Il proprietario, il sig. Virgilio, è attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti con simpatia e discrezione. Consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione, sono state vacanze meravigliose. Posizione ottima e strategica per chi vuole visitare il Salento.

Casa veramente molto bella, nuova, dotata di tutti i confort in posizione tranquilla e veramente a due passi dal mare. Posto auto all'interno del cortile o volendo davanti all'abitazione su strada privata, poi come non parlare di Virgilio, il proprietario, gentilissimo, attento e disponibile, persona veramente squisita sempre pronto a dare consigli sui posti da visitare, veramente un gran bella persona. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Casa piacevole e pulita, in zona strategica a due passi dal mare. La marina di Mancaversa è tranquilla e curata e offre paesaggi incontaminati splendidi. Il padrone di casa, Virgilio, è una Persona squisita. Siamo stati benissimo.

Vacanza rilassante

Sono stata in vacanza una settimana a casa del sig. Manni con i miei figli ventenni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene; l'accoglienza della famiglia Manni è stata meravigliosa. Appartamento stupendo, in posizione molto comoda per ogni necessità. I miei figli hanno frequentato le spiagge del salento e le discoteche mentre io mi sono rilassata nella spiaggia vicino casa. Grazie per tutto.

Siamo arrivati ed abbiamo saggiato la grande disponibilità di Virgilio, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta . Appartamento che rispecchia a pieno la descrizione...forse anche meglio. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia a giugno. Siamo stati accolti in maniera impeccabile da Virgilio che si è dimostrato attento e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità anche durante la vacanza. Appartamento pulito, ampio, non manca niente. La zona è ben fornita. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza perfetta, consiglio questo appartamento per chi vuole trascorrere dei giorni indimenticabili in Salento.

Bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal mare.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura del signor Virgilio per la nostra vacanza in Salento a settembre, appena siamo arrivati il signor Virgilio ci ha dato la disponibilità per la casa. Abbiamo subito notato l'ottimo stato della struttura sia all'interno che all'esterno, stanze molto luminose e ventilate con due terrazzini agli ingressi dell'appartamento. La casa che si trova a pochi metri dal mare è dotata di ogni comfort (aria condizionata,lavatrice,barbeque,tavolini, ombrellone e doccia all'esterno...) Inoltre il signor Virgilio e la moglie si sono messi a diposizione per qualsiasi nostra necessità e ci hanno scritto una e vera e propria mappa dei migliori luoghi e ristoranti da visitare. Consigliamo il soggiorno in questa struttura a tutti coloro che vogliono passare un indimenticabile vacanza nel Salento.

Ottimo soggiorno

abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al piano primo e ci siamo trovati veramente bene.Ottima accoglienza grazie alla disponibilita' di Virgilio che ci ha dato indicazioni preziose su servizi e viabilita' del posto. L'appartamento e' favoloso in ottima posizione per servizi,spiagge e citta' da visitare .Le stanze sono ampie e ben luminose e molto pulite.Abbiamo apprezzato molto il terrazzino per cenare all'aperto ed il posto auto esclusivo all'interno della proprieta' di fronte all'ingresso.Se torneremo in salento torneremo sicuramente in questo alloggio.Valentina R.
