The apartment consists of a dining room furnished with table and chairs and a kitchen complete with every comfort for preparing meals. The apartment has four bedrooms, each equipped with a ceiling fan: a double bedroom with the addition of a single bed, a double bedroom with a single bed in addition, a double bedroom, a double bedroom and finally a double bedroom. The structure also has two bathrooms, one full internal with a shower box and an external one with a shower box but without a bidet where there is also a washing machine available for guests. Guests also have two large verandas, one on the front and one on the back, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, lunches or dinners, perfect for letting your four-legged friends play.
Among the many amenities available to guests are ceiling fans, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, barbecue, outdoor bathroom and free street parking.

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and upon acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8
