Everything about this rental was excellent. The host communicated with us in a very timely manner making checking in/out easy. Riverside Cottage was very comfortable, immaculate and had everything we needed and wanted. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to stay in the Tawas area!

This was a beautiful Cottage on the river! It was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of sitting areas both indoors and outside. It was a great location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing your cute Cottage!

The property exceeded our expectations. Katie provided everything we wanted / needed for our trip. We were able to settle in and felt as if we were home.The house was neat and clean and comfortable.The river was a nice backdrop from the patio to enjoy morning coffee to evening dinners.We had a nice evening with a fire and stargazing.Would highly recommend the property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is charming amd very welcoming. Everything was very clean well organized in the kitchen amd bathrooms. The view is lovely amd the back deck is a very relaxing place to drink coffee or unwind after a long day of lake time We definitely would stay again and recommend it to anyone who needed a place to stay. Fantastic getaway

We were very impressed with the cottage, it’s definitely charming! It had all of the amenities that you might need, everything was clean. The host even left us a lovely little note and offering for our Anniversary as I had mentioned that being the purpose for our trip. Communication was excellent and we felt very welcomed.I know we will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity and will highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Tawas.
