I booked a room for 3 adults, we got one really uncomfortable bed, they didn't bring a solution and one of us broke our back, a stone fell on the balcony, good thing it didn't hurt any of us, the room was relatively large, clean and the location was excellent. Overall, not the best experience from the hotel

Absolutely loved our stay here. Super central location. We could easily walk everywhere. The staff was also incredible. So warm and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and hope to be back soon!

Great value and a great hotel

The hotel is on the 4th floor of an old Tbilisi building but the hotel itself is renovated and fresh. In the summer Tbilisi gets extremely hot and I LOVED the strong AC. We stayed at a different more expensive hotel the day after and the AC could not cool our room at all. Everything was clean, the receptionist Sabina was very kind and welcoming. The rooms were super spacious and the balcony was nice to sit, watch people and enjoy the view. I would stay here again and highly recommend. My only constructive feedback is to have napkins in the room for the guests.

Bina dışı çok hoş, kapıdan içeri ilk girişte bir bu ne ya deniyor tabii ama asansörle 4 e çıkıp otelin asıl alanına giriş yapıldığında sıcacık çok hoş bir atmosfer karşılıyor sizi. Odalar gerçekten çok geniş ve hoş dizayn edilmiş, resepsiyon 7/24 dolu olduğundan hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Gürcistanda İnsanları soğuk derler amabenim karşılaştıklarımın tamamı mesafeli, saygılı ve yardımseverlerdi. Otelin konumu adeta mükemmel, hiç oldtown tarafında otel rezervasyyonu yapılmasını önermem, şehrin çok aşağısında kalıyor ve gerek gezilecek noktalara (teleferik-tepeler-avm-noel pazarı) uzak, gerek sokaklar dar ve bir tık daha tenha olduğundan özellikle geç saatlerde çok tercihim değil. Önerim mutlaka alma butik otel veya benzeri gibi rustaveliye yakın tam merkezi ve heryere eşit mesafede biyer seçilmesi. Otele tekrar gelicek olursam, gerçekten temizliğine çalışanlarına ve ilgi alakalarına çok teşekkür ediyorum. Her konuda çok yardımcı olup hiçbir şekilde zorluk çıkarmadılar. Genel anlamda ingilizce konuşan da bir hayli çok yani sorun yaşanıcak bir şwhir değil. Biz çok beğendik

Udsigten fra balkonen var faktisk smuk, især med kig direkte mod operaen og byens liv. Men desværre blev oplevelsen stærkt forringet af massiv gadelarm, både dag og nat, som gjorde det svært at nyde udsigten i fred. Desuden var bygningen tydeligt gammel og faldefærdig, med store sætningsskader i murværket. Det gjorde, at balkonen ikke føltes sikker at opholde sig på – man sad hele tiden med en fornemmelse af, at konstruktionen ikke var stabil.

객실이 엄청 넓습니다. 화장실도 넓어서 엄청 크게 잘 사용했어요. 전반적으로 청결하고 콘센트도 많아서 좋았습니다. 방음도 잘되는 편이고, 4인실이라 그런지 여유있어서 좋았습니다. 또한 택배를 먼저 좀 수령해 줄 수 있냐고 요청했는데, 흔쾌히 받아주어서 감사하게 생각합니다. 트빌리시는 호텔이 복불복이많은데 서비스 청결 객실상태 모든 면에서 재방문 희망입니다.

Sabina an der Rezeption ist ein Juwel. Als Gast fühlt man sich sehr wohl und aufgehoben und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft geht weit über das normale Maß hinaus. Ich bin sehr früh angekommen und die Nachtschicht des Hotels hat die Situation wunderbar geloest. Es gibt nicht genug Sterne für die Arbeit von Sabina und Gayne
