A very unwelcoming Manager/Owner

There are plus & minuses on my review that needs others to be inform: Pluses: the hotel is near Ablavari station, a walking distance to many parks & landmarks, near supermarket, breakfast is okay. Minuses: the hotel has smell coming out on the toilet especially on the morning time, they don’t do cleaning the room, the manager doesn’t make a smile or greet since my first day, she lives at the first floor of the hotel. No lift to go up to the fourth floor. Special Thanks to the employee Guram for his good hospitality.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the metro and a wide choice of buses, as well as being around a 20 minute walk from Rike park which was handy. The rooms are spacious but need repairs/ work in places. The hotel does need to enforce the NON smoking notices as during our stay one or two guests were ignoring it. Morning breakfast was plentiful and georgian in style, do not expect english fry ups etc. No lifts, thus the top floors are 60 steps and not for thise with mobility issues. There are plent of food venues nearby as well as a SPAR, chemists and 24 hr mini market by the metro entrance. Overall a handy venue with good transport links and easy reach of essentials for those not wanting typical western style hotels.
