Friendly staff, nice clean and big rooms - charming building is modern renovated. The only thing where I see a some improvements needed is the slightly crammed breakfast rooms.

I like the location, close to restaurants, banks, stores, tourist areas. Easy access to transportation.

Spa and rooms are great

The location of the hotel is perfect, tucked just 30 seconds away from the Freedom square which makes it quiet but very central and walking distance to all the attractions. The rooms are very very spacious especially for a standard room, very clean and it has a safe and fridge and kettle too plus there is a free water dispenser at every floor plus free different coffee types refills bean to cup in the lobby. I know some people complaining about the open concept of having the water basin in the room and separate shower room and separate toilet but didn't bother us as a couple. I guess if you are comfortable enough to share a room with your fellow traveler then you should be able to accept having the basin in the room in my opinion. Staff is friendly and helpful and everyone speaks English everywhere.

Early check in because of flight times, staff really helpful.
