Lovely, clean, shame about the other guests!

Lovely room for families, all the amenities that you could possibly need. Unfortunately, our one night was ruined by the people above us who thought they’d run a marathon in the room ALL through the night! Not the hotels fault, hence why still a good rating. Very clean and tidy, bed was quite comfy, bathroom was spotless. But maybe noise could have been alleviated.

Very good hotel facilities. Close to park and shops transport. Reception decor was poor, but staff very friendly and helpful. Would have liked a slightly softer mattress but the room was warm well equipped and very clean. Thank you.

We stayed as a spontaneous night away with the kids and was pleasantly surprised. Check in was very easy, and we were able to have a later check out on request. The room was practical, nice powerful shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast in the morning also was very tasty. My only annoyance was I selected the 'breakfast' option on the expedia app, but this only covered breakfast for 2 people. We went as a family of 4, so my expectation was that option would cover breakfast for all of us. That was not fault of the hotel. Overall A pleasant stay, and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very short visit but for business it was great. Bar and restaurant staff were professional and helpful. The night staff (Steve"O") was superb, he could not do enough for the early rise and departure, he is the unseen asset to The Park
