Spectacular Stay

This is an awesome property,the host of the property welcomed my early arrival,went above and beyond to make sure my stay was amazing, I will definitely recommend this property,the accommodations are truly wonderful.the services and security is excellent,it’s also near a large mall walking distance including Walmart,the apartment is quite spacious,I didn’t encounter any noises ,the review I read about the bathroom being outside is not true it’s a bold lie. The bathroom is inside the apartment and spacious and clean.the apartment has a rooftop patio with beautiful views

Everything was great. The only thing was that the garage was to hold three cars, including ours and the others in other apartments. We had a mod sized SUV. If you will be driving a mid sized SUV or a larger vehicle there will not be enough space.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The apartment is nothing what it looks like in the pictures. It’s located on the 6th floor. No elevator. Stairs are out side of the building. The owner is a money hungry liar. He will tell you anything you want to hear until you get there. There is no air conditioning. The bathroom is located outside. Complete rip off! It is in a very sketchy unsafe area. There is no security. Horrible and disgusting!

Our stay was awesome. The owner meet us at the apt and gave us instructions, the place was clean and safe. We walked to the mall for groceries, it was a great experience. 5 stars

Excellent apartamentos villas coloniales

My stay at apartamentos villas coloniales was excellent, the location is safe, a walking distance to Cascadas Mall and very close to the Airport so we had everything we need. The owner Nimer is an excellent person, always caring about us and Karen the girl that works there also a very nice person. Overall a nice stay at apartamentos villas coloniales.
