The information stated that there was a washing machine in the apartment- this is why we booked this over other apartments as we have stayed on the resort before. This was not the case and we had to use the coin laundry on the complex. It also said that WiFi was included but we again had to pay 100 for this for 4 devices over 2 weeks. We needed this as my son and daughter needed to get online to revise for exams. On arrival the apartment was not clean and was pretty run down. There was a mat on the floor that was dirty and wet (inside the apartment) as it had been raining and the doors were clearly leaking. Due to rain and a storm whilst we were there the bedroom at the back and the front of the apartment flooded and soaked our bags that were on the floor. I mentioned this to the owner who said there is noting he could do and that it only happens in extreme weather?! On arrival only one bed was made up so I messaged to ask for the other bed to be made up. We went out and when we got back had a bag on the handle of the apartment door with a sheet and duvet cover but no pillow or duvet. When I messaged about the rain pouring in I asked for a duvet and spare towels as we had to use all of our towels to prevent the water completely flooding the apartment. The next day the owner brought spare towels and a blanket to go in the duvet cover. The sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring and the cupboard that the other bed came out of had screws exposed
