Holiday Home Casa Caldereta is located in Guatiza, close to the beautiful coastline of northeastern Lanzarote. The 55m² holiday home consists of a living room with a wood-burning stove and a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), fans, washing machine and satellite TV as well as a baby bed and a highchair.

The charming private outdoor area merges with the hilly landscape and boasts several open and a covered seating areas as well as lovely views over the mountains. The communal area offers a garden and a heated pool, a grill, foosball and table tennis as well as a tree house and trampoline for children.

Restaurants and a bar are within 600-900m from the property (7-10 minutes on foot), as well as a supermarket. The wonderful cactus gardens are just a 10-minute walk (850m) away, and you can reach the Cueva del Agua grotto by car in 10 minutes (2.7km). Playa del Seifio beach is 5km away. The international airport outside of Arrecife is a 20-minute drive (22 km) from the home.

Gelungener Erholungsurlaub

Sehr gemütliche, blitzsaubere und praktisch ausgestattete Unterkunft, dazu ein Kakteengarten mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die mit Rat und Ideen aushilft. In den Nachbarorten haben wir leckere Restaurants für uns entdeckt. Wir haben Uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder

A wonderful stay.

I loved it, the cactus garden outside my bedroom window, the rustic nature of the place and our host's care and friendliness. The place was clean, with a well equipped kitchen including a water filter tap. Lovely to be able to light a fire in the stove when chilly in the evening. Gautiza is very pretty and quiet. Discovered an area to swim nearby towards the end of the trip. And a wonderful coastal walk. The location is great. Highly recommend Sylvia's as a place to stay.

Le gite est bien placé sur l'ile, il est très agréable bien équipé, dans un très beau jardin. Je recommande sans problème.
